Incoloy 825 forged fittings consist mainly of nickel (38-46%), iron, and chromium (19.5-23.5%) with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium for better corrosion resistance. These fittings have superior mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 585 MPa (min), yield strength of 220 MPa (min), and elongation of 30% (min). They provide superior resistance to oxidizing and reducing environments, stress corrosion cracking, and pitting.
