Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT forged fittings are nickel-iron-chromium alloys that exhibit superior strength, oxidation, and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. Their chemical composition is ~30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium content for increased stability. Incoloy 800H and 800HT contain more carbon for enhanced creep strength. These fittings provide high tensile strength (~500 MPa), good yield strength (~200 MPa), and elongation (~30%). They find extensive application in heat exchangers, furnace equipment, and petrochemical processing because of their excellent mechanical and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
