Incoloy 825 Fasteners are nickel-chromium-iron-based alloy fasteners having composition of Ni (38-46%), Fe (balance), Cr (19.5-23.5%), Mo (2.5-3.5%), Cu (1.5-3%) and Ti (0.6-1.2%). Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 585 MPa yield strength of 220 MPa and elongation of 30%. Physical properties are density of 8.14 g/cm³ melting point of 1370-1400°C and superior corrosion resistance against acidic environments. These fasteners are extensively utilized in chemical processing marine and power industries due to their high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
