Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT bolts consist mainly of nickel (30-35%), iron (39-48%), and chromium (19-23%) with different proportions of carbon, aluminum, and titanium for added properties. They have high tensile strength (up to 103,000 psi for 800H) and good creep resistance, particularly in 800HT. They are physically good conductors of heat, highly resistant to oxidation and carburization and have a broad range of operational temperatures (up to 1,700°F). These alloys exhibit strength and resistance in hostile environments, so they are best suited for high-temperature applications.
