Incoloy 825 Bars are alloys of nickel-iron-chromium with molybdenum, copper and titanium. They consist of Ni (38-46%), Fe (22% minimum), Cr (19.5-23.5%), Mo (2.5-3.5%), Cu (1.5-3%) and Ti (0.6-1.2%), increasing corrosion resistance. They have mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 585 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa and elongation of 30%. They possess physical properties such as a density of 8.14 g/cm³ a melting range of 1370-1400°C and good thermal conductance. Incoloy 825 is utilized extensively in corrosive environments such as chemical processing, marine and nuclear services.
