Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT bars are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with increased high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and carburization. They have the composition of ~30-35% nickel, ~19-23% chromium, and iron as balance with controlled additions of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. They have tensile strength of 450-600 MPa, yield strength of 170-275 MPa, and elongation of 30-45%. These bars possess a density of 7.94 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of ~11 W/m·K, and a melting range of 1357-1385°C, which makes them suitable for heat exchangers, petrochemical, and high-temperature structural applications.
