Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT tubing are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with high strength, oxidation, and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. They consist of ~30-35% nickel, ~19-23% chromium, and ~39-46% iron, along with controlled levels of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. Incoloy 800H contains greater carbon content for increased creep resistance, while 800HT contains optimized levels of aluminum and titanium for greater high-temperature strength. These alloys have favorable mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength (~450-600 MPa), excellent ductility, and good stress rupture resistance, which make them suitable for applications such as heat exchangers, chemical processing, and furnaces.
