Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT coils consist of nickel-iron-chromium alloys with higher strength and resistance to carburization and oxidation at elevated temperatures. They consist of about 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium and controlled amounts of carbon, aluminum and titanium for stability. They possess tensile strengths of 450-600 MPa and yield strengths of 170-275 MPa, with elongation of about 30%. These alloys retain high creep resistance and thermal stability. Their physical characteristics include a density value of 7.94 g/cm³ with a melting interval of 1357-1385°C and are suitable to be used for heat exchangers, furnace parts and petrochemical processes.
