Hastelloy C22 Pipe is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to corrosion in harsh environments. It has 56% Nickel, 22% Chromium, 13% Molybdenum, 3-6% Iron, ≤2.5% Cobalt, and 3% Tungsten in composition, which make it stronger as well as provide it with further resistance to oxidation. Its mechanical characteristics are tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, and elongation of 45%, which ensures strength and flexibility. With excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, Hastelloy C22 Pipes are well suited for chemical processing, marine, and aerospace applications, providing long-term performance in harsh environments.
