Hastelloy Alloy Threaded Rods are mostly made up of nickel (Ni) as the base component, with molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), and cobalt (Co) improving their resistance to corrosion, strength, and heat stability. They have superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength of around 690-895 MPa, yield strength of 310-370 MPa, and elongation of 40% to provide strength and flexibility. The physical properties are a density of about 8.9 g/cm³, melting point of about 1370°C, and superior thermal and electrical conductivity to withstand harsh and high-temperature conditions.
