Barsham Nickel Alloys is a top manufacturer and distributer in Doha, Qatar, that deals in Hastelloy nuts. These are renowned for their superior corrosion resistance and strength and are best suited for operations under severe conditions, such as chemical processing, marine, and aerospace. Barsham Nickel Alloys manufactures high-quality products by adopting high industry standards and advanced manufacturing techniques. Having a strong sense of customer satisfaction, the company provides efficient and timely solutions to meet the diverse requirements of clients in the Middle East and globally.
Hastelloy nuts consist of a nickel-base alloy consisting predominantly of nickel (about 50-70%) with significant quantities of molybdenum (14-17%) and chromium (3-5%), providing high resistance to corrosion and oxidation. The alloy further contains small amounts of iron, tungsten, and other elements for particular benefits. Mechanically, Hastelloy nuts are highly strong in tension, ranging approximately between 80,000-100,000 psi, and possessing outstanding creep strength at high temperatures. They retain their strength and structural stability even under severe conditions, thus being best suited for application in chemical processing, aerospace, and other high-temperature corrosive environments.
