Our CuNi 70/30 Fittings are made of 70% copper and 30% nickel, along with minute quantities of iron and manganese for improved strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity. They have very good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 485 MPa (min), yield strength of 135 MPa (min) and elongation of 30% (min), to provide toughness and flexibility. They have a density of 8.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1170-1240°C and high thermal and electrical conductivity, making them suitable for harsh environments needing long-term performance and resistance to harsh conditions.
