Copper Nickel Threaded Rods are based mainly on copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) in their composition with typical grades of 90/10 (90% Cu and 10% Ni) and 70/30 (70% Cu and 30% Ni). There are trace quantities of iron and manganese, adding to their toughness, corrosion and longevity. These rods have very good mechanical properties. Such as tensile strength of 350-485 MPa, yield strength of 110-135 MPa, and elongation of 30% (min). Their physical properties are a density of 8.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1100-1240°C, and high thermal and electrical conductivity, guaranteeing dependability in extreme environments.
