Titanium Gr 5 Wire, or Ti-6Al-4V, is made up of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. It has excellent mechanical properties with tensile strength of approximately 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. Its physical properties are a density of 4.43 g/cm³, melting point of 1,660°C, and high corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride environments. Recognized for having superior fatigue endurance and weldability, Titanium Gr 5 Wire is suited for high-stress applications in medical, marine, and aerospace industries.
