Titanium Grade 2 Flanges are manufactured from commercially pure titanium (99.2% titanium), and they have excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly in seawater and acid environments. They possess the following mechanical properties: tensile strength of around 430 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20-25%. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Grade 2 is of low weight but high strength. It also has a very good oxidation resistance and is extremely durable under harsh conditions.
