Monel K500 Wire consists mainly of Nickel (63% min) and Copper (27-33%), along with other elements like Aluminum (2.3-3.15%), Titanium (0.35-0.85%), Iron (2% max) and Manganese (1.5% max). It provides superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 965-1100 MPa, yield strength of 690-790 MPa, elongation of 20-30%, and hardness up to 35 HRC. Its physical properties are a density of 8.44 g/cm³, melting point of 1315-1350°C, thermal conductivity of 17 W/m·K, and electrical resistivity of 0.6 µΩ·m which provides stability and reliability.
