Monel Coils contain mainly 63% Nickel and 28-34% Copper with trace amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. These coils have exceptional mechanical properties in terms of tensile strength of 480-620 MPa, yield strength of 170-345 MPa, and elongation of 20-35%. The hardness is usually between 65-85 HRB. Physically, Monel Coils possess a density of 8.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1,350°C. These characteristics exhibit exceptional resistance to corrosion, high strength and long-term endurance in harsh conditions.
