Monel 400 Coils are composed of approximately 63% Nickel and 28-34% Copper, with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon and silicon. They exhibit excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 480-620 MPa, yield strength of 170-345 MPa, and an elongation of 20-35%. Their hardness ranges from 65-85 HRB. Physically, Monel 400 has a density of 8.8 g/cm³ a melting point of 1,350°C and superior thermal and electrical conductivity. These properties ensure outstanding corrosion resistance, durability, and high strength for various demanding applications.
