Monel Alloy 400 Plates and Sheets contain about 63% Nickel and 28-34% Copper, along with traces of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. Monel 400 Sheets and Plates have good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 480-620 MPa, yield strength of 170-345 MPa, and elongation of 20-35%. The hardness varies from 65-85 HRB. Physical properties of Monel 400 include a density of 8.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1,350°C. These traits offer excellent corrosion resistance, exceptional strength, and long-lasting life in harsh conditions.
