Inconel 800H Bar is nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing improved carbon (0.05-0.10%) and aluminum/titanium (≤1.2%) for a high-temperature strength improvement. It provides exceptional resistance to carburization and oxidation up to 1100°C. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 450 MPa, yield strength of 180 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Its physical properties are density = 7.94 g/cm³, thermal conductivity = 11.2 W/m·K, and melting range = 1357-1385°C. This alloy is extensively applied in heat exchangers, chemical plants, and power generation owing to its higher thermal and corrosion resistance.
