Inconel Alloy 800 Bars consist of nickel (30-35%), iron (39.5% min), chromium (19-23%), aluminum (0.15-0.60%), titanium (0.15-0.60%), and trace elements, providing top-notch resistance against oxidation, carburization, and high temperature. Their mechanical characteristics are tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%, offering high durability and structural stability. The physical characteristics are density of 7.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1357-1385°C, and thermal conductivity of 26.1 W/m·K, which makes them suitable for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant applications.
