Incoloy 825 Tubing is a superior nickel-iron-chromium alloy with enhanced corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Its chemical composition is approximately 38-46% Nickel, 19.5-23.5% Chromium, 22% Iron, 2.5-3% Molybdenum, 1.5-3% Copper and traces of Titanium, Carbon, and Manganese. Its tensile strength is ~600-800 MPa, yield strength is ~275-550 MPa, and hardness is 150-200 HB with very good stress corrosion cracking resistance. It possesses a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of ~1370°C and exhibits good oxidation resistance, high thermal stability and an ability to withstand harsh environments.
