Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT bolts are nickel-iron-chromium alloys of composition 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and 1-2% iron, with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and others. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 70-85 ksi, yield strength of 30-60 ksi and elongation of 30-45%. Physically, these alloys exhibit a density of 8.15 g/cm³, a thermal conductivity of 10.4 W/m·K, and a thermal expansion coefficient of 15.5 µm/m·K. These are characteristics that provide superior performance under high-temperature and corrosive conditions.

Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT bolts are high-performance fasteners that find most of their applications in high-temperature and corrosive conditions. These highly oxidation- and carburization-resistant alloys are best suited for chemical processing, power generation, and petrochemical industries. They find widespread application in furnace parts, heat exchangers, and reactors, where high-temperature (up to 1,100°F or 600°C) and corrosive-resistant properties of the bolts are most important.
