Copper Nickel 90/10 bolts consist of 90% copper and 10% nickel and have superior corrosion resistance, especially in seawater conditions. Their mechanical properties are tensile strength of about 450-550 MPa and yield strength of about 150-250 MPa, with good formability and ductility. Their physical properties are density of 8.9 g/cm³ and melting point of about 1,200°C. These bolts are extremely resistant to stress corrosion cracking and possess good electrical and thermal conductivity, thus well suited for use in marine, industrial, and chemical environments.
