CuNi 70/30 Wire is made up of 70% copper and 30% nickel, with minute additions of manganese and iron for added strength, corrosion resistance and hardness. It has great mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 485 MPa (min) yield strength of 135 MPa (min) and elongation of 30% (min), guaranteeing flexibility and toughness. Its physical characteristics are a density of 8.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1170-1240°C, and good thermal and electrical conductivity making it suitable for use in applications that demand better durability, lifespan, and endurance against harsh conditions.
