CuNi 70/30 Tubing is designed with 70% copper and 30% nickel, which contains trace amounts of iron and manganese to provide increased strength, corrosion and durability. It possesses good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 485 MPa (min), yield strength of 135 MPa (min), and elongation of 30% (min) which guarantee toughness and flexibility. Physical properties encompass a density of 8.94 g/cm³, melting point of 1170-1240°C and high thermal and electrical conductivity, which include it being suitable for use in conditions that need outstanding strength, endurance, and resistance to extreme environmental conditions.
