Our CuNi 70/30 Fasteners contain 70% copper and 30% nickel. Along with trace amounts of iron and manganese added for added strength, corrosion resistance and durability. They have superior mechanical properties with tensile strength of 485 MPa (min) yield strength of 135 MPa (min) and elongation of 30% (min) which offer durability and stability. They have a density of 8.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1170-1240°C and very high thermal and electrical conductivity, which qualifies them for harsh applications requiring lasting performance under harsh conditions.
