Titanium Gr 5 Tubing (Ti-6Al-4V) is 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. It has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength of around 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. The physical properties are density of 4.43 g/cm³, melting point of 1,660°C, and excellent corrosion resistance in environments such as chlorides and seawater.
