Titanium Grade 5 Forged Fittings (Ti-6Al-4V) consist of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, having exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and lightness. Mechanical properties include tensile strength of around 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. Density is 4.43 g/cm³, so they are lightweight and strong. Titanium Grade 5 has good fatigue resistance, superior oxidation resistance, and thermal stability at high temperatures, which is why it is perfectly suited for aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and biomedical applications.
