Titanium Gr 5 Fasteners (Ti-6Al-4V) consist of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. They are characterized by excellent mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of about 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. Their physical properties are a density of 4.43 g/cm³, melting point of 1,660°C, and very good resistance to corrosion in harsh environments like seawater.
