Nimonic 90 Bar is a high-strength nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy that is renowned for its excellent strength, heat resistance, and stability. It contains about 55% Nickel, 19% Chromium, and 18% Cobalt, and minute amounts of Titanium, Aluminum, Iron, and Carbon. It provides tensile strength of approximately 1000 MPa, yield strength of 600 MPa, and hardness of about 250 HB, along with superior creep and fatigue properties. With a density of 8.18 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1425°C. it gives superior oxidation and corrosion resistance making it long-lasting in high-temperature applications.

Nimonic 90 Bar finds extensive application in high-temperature and high-strength applications.
