Nimonic 75 Bars are nickel-chromium alloys made up of around 80% Nickel and 20% Chromium, with trace amounts of Titanium and Carbon. They have high oxidation and corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures. The mechanical characteristics consist of a tensile strength of approximately 750 MPa, yield strength of 350 MPa and hardness of about 150 HB with good creep resistance. They are physically characterized by a density of 8.37 g/cm³, melting point of approximately 1340°C, and high thermal stability. They also have good weldability and formability and can be used in high-temperature applications.
