Inconel 718 Nuts consist mainly of Nickel (50-55%), with Chromium (17-21%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (2.8-3.3%), Niobium (4.75-5.5%), and minor elements such as Titanium, Aluminum, and Cobalt. These nuts provide better mechanical characteristics, such as tensile strength of 1240 MPa (180 ksi) min, yield strength of 1035 MPa (150 ksi) min, elongation of 12% min, and hardness ≤ 44 HRC. They have physical characteristics, such as density of 8.19 g/cm³, melting point of 1260-1336°C, thermal conductivity of 11.4 W/m·K and electrical resistivity of 1.25 µΩ·m which provide better durability and performance.
