Inconel 625 Nuts consist mainly of Nickel (58% min), with Chromium (20-23%), Molybdenum (8-10%), Niobium (3.15-4.15%), Iron (≤5%), and trace amounts of Cobalt, Carbon, and Manganese. These nuts have a superior mechanical structure, such as a tensile strength of 830 MPa (120 ksi) min, yield strength of 414 MPa (60 ksi) min, elongation of 30% min, and hardness ≤ 30 HRC. Some of their physical characteristics are: density of 8.44 g/cm³, melting point of 1290-1350°C, thermal conductivity of 9.8 W/m·K, and electrical resistivity of 1.29 µΩ·m, proving their superior resilience.
