Inconel Alloy 617 Nuts consist of nickel (50-60%), chromium (20-23%), and iron in major proportions and contain cobalt (12-15%), molybdenum (8-10%), and traces of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. Mechanically, they possess high tensile strength (up to 1030 MPa), high yield strength (300-450 MPa), and good elongation (up to 50%). Physically, Inconel 617 nuts possess a high melting point (~1350°C), low thermal expansion, and excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue, which makes them durable and reliable in harsh temperature and stress environments.
