Inconel Alloy 617 pipes consist of Nickel (44.5-61%), Chromium (20-24%), Cobalt (10-15%), and Molybdenum (8-10%), with minor traces of Iron, Aluminum, Titanium, and Carbon, contributing to improved strength and oxidation resistance. They have very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 655 MPa, yield strength of 290 MPa, and elongation of 30%, which make them strong. They have a density of 8.36 g/cm³, a melting point ranging from 1332-1380°C, and thermal conductivity of 11.2 W/m·K, which makes them provide excellent performance in harsh conditions.
