Incoloy Slitting Coils are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with high performance and excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. They consist of 30-38% Nickel, 19-23% Chromium, and balance of Iron, with minute amounts of Manganese, Carbon, Silicon, Titanium, and Aluminum. These coils have a tensile strength of 600-800 MPa, yield strength of 275-550 MPa, and hardness of 150-200 HB, with outstanding creep and stress rupture resistance. With a density of about 7.9 g/cm³ and a melting point of around 1350°C they exhibit high thermal stability and oxidation and scaling resistance.
