Inconel Alloy 617 Bolts contain mostly nickel (50-60%), chromium (20-23%) and iron with cobalt (12-15%), molybdenum (8-10%) added along with minute amounts of aluminum, titanium, and carbon for added performance. Mechanically, they possess high tensile strength (up to 1030 MPa), superior yield strength (300-450 MPa), and good elongation (up to 50%). Physically Inconel 617 bolts possess a high melting point (~1350°C), low thermal expansion and superior resistance to oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue providing durability in harsh conditions.
