Inconel Alloy 601 Bolts consist primarily of nickel (58-63%), chromium (21-25%), and iron, with the addition of aluminum (1-1.7%), and traces of titanium and copper to improve oxidation resistance and strength. These bolts possess very good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength (up to 1030 MPa), satisfactory yield strength (350-450 MPa), and very good elongation (up to 40%). Physically Inconel 601 bolts possess a very high melting point (approximately 1370°C), low thermal expansion, and high resistance to thermal and mechanical fatigue, rendering them trustworthy under extreme conditions.
