Tantalum Plates and Sheets consist mainly of tantalum (99.95%), supplemented by minute amounts of impurities. Mechanical properties encompass high tensile strength (up to 250 MPa), excellent fatigue life, and superior ductility. Physically, it is characterized by a density of 16.6 g/cm³, high resistance to oxidation, and retains strength at high temperatures.
