Nitinol Shape Memory Sheets and Plates consist of about Nickel (55-56%) and Titanium (44-45%), with trace elements such as Cobalt and Copper for certain modifications. They have excellent mechanical properties such as a tensile strength of 754-960 MPa, yield strength of 560-760 MPa, and an elongation of 10-15%. Their physical properties are a density of 6.45 g/cm³, a melting point of approximately 1310°C, and thermal conductivity of 18 W/m·K. They possess great shape memory, super elasticity and corrosion resistance and are therefore suitable for precision use.
