Inconel 600 flanges consist mainly of nickel (72%) with chromium (14-17%) and iron (6-10%) and trace amounts of elements such as manganese silicon and carbon. They possess superior mechanical properties such as 550 MPa tensile strength 240 MPa yield strength and elongation. Their physical properties are 8.47 g/cm³ density, melting point of 1354-1413°C and thermal conductivity of 14.9 W/m·K.
